A Full-Service Home Addition Company Built on 28+ Years of Craftsmanship

All About Additions LLC did not begin as a marketing plan. It began on job sites in Middlesex and Monmouth County, where our founder spent decades watching how additions were actually built — and how often homeowners were left guessing about cost, schedule and who was even in charge of the crew that showed up that morning. We built this company to be the opposite of that experience.

Adding onto a house is different from building a new one. You are cutting into a structure a family already lives in, matching rooflines and siding that were installed decades ago, tying new framing into old, and keeping a kitchen or a nursery usable while it happens. That work rewards experience over volume, so we deliberately keep the number of open projects small. It is the reason our clients can reach a decision maker the same day instead of leaving a message with a call center.

Our mission is simple to say and demanding to deliver: give New Jersey homeowners more room in the house they already love, with pricing they can trust and a finish that looks original to the home. That means a written scope before anyone swings a hammer, a number that reflects real conditions rather than an optimistic guess, and a straightforward conversation the moment something behind a wall changes the plan.

Day to day, that shows up in small disciplines. We protect floors and seal off living areas before demolition. We pull our own permits and meet the inspectors ourselves. We sequence rough framing, mechanicals and inspections so your home is never sitting open to the weather longer than it has to be. And we clean the site at the end of every workday, because a family is still living there.

Our range covers home additions, second-story additions, house extensions, over-garage additions and full general contracting for homeowners across Edison, Woodbridge, Rumson, Red Bank and the surrounding communities — with work in Warren, Scotch Plains, Bridgewater, Bedminster and Deal as well. Because we work the same towns year after year, we know the local approval process, the housing stock and the details that make an addition read as part of the original architecture.

15 years and 200+ clients later, most of our calendar still comes from referrals and repeat clients — neighbors who watched a project next door go smoothly, and families who came back years later for a second phase. That is the measure we care about, and it is the standard every estimate we write is held to.
